It can hold up 4 x 1/1 Gastronorm trays and is complete with a 60 minute bake timer and a 3 hour roast timer. A lot of versatility in a compact oven. The real beauty of this oven is that it is ideal for location catering as it only needs a 13 amp 3 pin supply.
