PASSTHROUGH Dish Wash Dump Station

This was a special build for a large outside catering franchise and cost £2875.00 when new. It comprises a large feeder area for 50cm dish wash baskets with a pre rinse sink with pre rinse spray wash. It also comprises a 17.5cm waste disposal port which can take a commercial waste disposal unit, together with a large void under for bins and storage. Subject to available floor space this table is can be used either from the right or left of a pass through or conveyoer style dish wash. Sink measures W50cm x D40cm x Water Depth 30cm.

Requiring a cold water and single phase 30 amp power supply, this is a lovely sensibly priced compact glass washer ideal for the bar or back of house area. It is gravity drained and ideally suited to table top operation.

Complete with flat basket. Please note this machine is not fitted with a dosing system. We can recommend a company that fits these for free if you purchase their detergent and rinse adduitive products. Alternatively, we use domestic dish wash tablets for testing our machines which are good for 3 to 4 wash cysles.
