We were looking for a commercial kitchen on a tight budget,  we found Caterquip on the web, met with Dominic and the team and were treated very well,  as we changed our minds so many times. The delivery driver was so nice and polite, a great ambassador for the company. We did have a bit of a problem with one of the fridges it turned into a freezer, but within 24 hours we had a repalcement unit no arguments just done, sometimes you remember companies with how they put problems right better than when it all goes swimmingley well. Hoxton Apprentice Ltd was established and run as a social enterprise by the charity, Training For Life, we’re a commercial restaurant serving great food in airy and relaxed surroundings. We also provide apprenticeships for unemployed people from the surrounding communities.

 Recently our fryer broke down beyond any economical repair; luckily, Caterquip kindly exchanged with us a second hand Rational in return for this needed fryer. Dominic is fantastic by helping us to complete the deal that we are extremely happy with.

I found caterquip by accident actually. I was hesitant at first as it was reconditioned equipment and I had never used it before but I was pleasently surprised and a lot looked as good as new. There were the inevitable teething problems with some pieces of equipment but caterquip were quick to rectify them for us and the equipment is now being used to its full capacity. I wouldn't hesitate using caterquip again as the service and knowledge of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I am happy to recommend caterquip to anyone within the trade. The service i recieved when looking for a new oven was second to none. From the outset i spoke to Dominic who couldnt have been more helpful to us as we were having great trouble finding a range running on LPG fuel. Not only did they source one immediately but the price was fantastic well over £1000 less than i was quoted elsewhere.

Although it took a few weeks longer than first expected to arrive Dominic kept in contact to let us know what was happening. When it arrived the range was very carefully packed & the delivery company were very helpful with siting the oven.
As I have already stated I already recommend caterquip as a first choice for equipment & have no doubts that I will deal with them again in the future. a pleasure to meet an honest company.

Just a few words of thanks for the response to our problems when we needed a chiller for storing bait at the shop.

When we phoned to place an order after viewing your website we were told of the products in detail and delivery

schedule. The first chiller was found to be damaged on delivery and on contacting yourself we had another delivered
