This is Blodgetts compact table top electric convection oven capable of taking 8 x 1/1 gastronorm trays. It is powered by a single-phase 32 amp supply. Easy to use solid state controls it can also be mounted onto a floor stand if required. (Stand priced at £345.00 + VAT.)
