Product Description
With a pass through door system, making it accessible to both sides - this hot cupboard allows waiting staff to retrieve warm plates/food to assist the chefs. On four stout legs and complete with a dry well bains marie. Being pass through it allows the bain marie to be either right or left. The hot cupboard can store hot food and warm up plates ready for service.
