Over the past seventeen years, we have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of customers, and have supplied equipment for all sorts of establishments across the UK, and Europe, All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and tested at our warehouse before it is sold. There are many advantages to purchasing second hand and reconditioned equipment instead of brand new products. Using a reputable second hand supplier will not only guarantee that the equipment is of high quality, but will also save you money. All equipment procured by Caterquip is thoroughly assessed when it arrives at the warehouse. Following an initial assessment, the equipment is serviced and any faulty parts replaced, tested, and deep cleaned.
B Grade is the term used for brand new, unused equipment returned to the manufacturer due to cancelled orders, minor delivery damages, and defaulted payments. For more information, check out our B Grade Products page.
Our equipment is sourced from several places. We have built positive relationships with a number of UK manufacturers over the last seventeen years, from whom we procure our B Grade and ex display equipment. We also purchase equipment from businesses and organisations such as schools who are upgrading, relocating, or closing.
In a nutshell, yes. While we don’t have a dedicated design team, we have worked with a number of customers over the years, providing specialist advice and transforming spaces into fully functional commercial kitchens. Yes. Although we don’t have a showroom, you can call us to arrange a viewing appointment. We are based on the A1 in Peterborough and are open Monday to Friday, 8.30 until 5.30. You can find our contact details and directions to our warehouse here.
All equipment purchased from Caterquip comes with a 3 month full labour and parts warranty. We can also extend warranties to up to one year, please ask for more information.
Yes. We offer a delivery service with prices starting at as little as £65. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash, cheques and bank transfers. We even now accept Bitcoin and any other Crypto currency, we collect 50% of the payment upon order, and the final amount prior to delivery.
Yes we work closely with leasing companies where you can pay for your equipment, either a single item or a full refit, and at the end of the term you own the equipment, this can be spread over 1-5 years.
