Featuring double-glazed construction for extra energy efficiency and toughened safety glass viewing windows, the Lincat Double Electric Pizza Oven PO430-2 is a great option for restaurants and pizzerias. With two 16mm thick firebrick bases and independent control of each compartment, the Lincat gives you the flexibility to cook a wide variety of foods, such as ciabatta, naan and garlic bread, lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies, pasties and pastries. And whether you’re cooking a Chicago-style deep pan pizza or a more traditional thin base version, this pizza oven helps you achieve the perfect pizza every time.
