This a pair of Adande Insulated chilled drawers ideal for the chef pass or core kitchen activity. Stable temperatures, Better and safer food storage conditions, Warm moist kitchen air cannot reach food, Energy saved as cold air does not need replacing, Compressors last longer as they have to work less. Very simple to clean as the liner lifts out. Each drawer can keep up to 40kg of product safely chilled and this clever system is designed for the busy chef who is frequently accessing products.
