Very rare to the second hand market, this lovely rotisserie can roast chickens, sucking pigs and joints of beef, pork, lamb and venison. It comprises of 2 efficient gas burners with full temperature control, 2 rotating spigots (via very stout chains) with 2 large drip trays to catch meat juices. The drip trays have taps for draining juices which is testament to its build quality and practical rotisserie quality.
Labesse are a highly regarded French manufacturer producing top end machines and this is no exception. It would grace the most discerning gastronomic atmosphere.
