A powerful 2.9kW element and independently controlled cooking zones provide you with the flexibility and performance to cook a wide range of food to a professional standard.

The Buffalo griddle includes a handy drip tray, allowing you to channel food residue away during cooking – perfect for maintaining the quality of your dishes. When required, the tray is easy to remove for emptying or cleaning. And when it comes to practicality, the Buffalo also includes built-in side splash guards – protecting surrounding areas from the potential mess caused by shallow frying food.

Cleaning and maintenance of the griddle is easy too, thanks to strong stainless steel construction and its simple flat design that allow you to remove food debris and oil in seconds.
