A great way for small cafés, or kitchens to add a delicious high margin treat to their menu or even for home use the Buffalo Ice Cream Maker can produce up to 1.5 litres of fluffy ice cream within 30 minutes effortlessly. With this ice cream maker there is no need to pre-freeze the bowl thanks to the built-in condenser. Saving you valuable time and freezer space.

Automatically chilling the mixture as it is mixing, giving you soft and fluffy ice cream with less ice crystal build up. During the process you can add ingredients to the mix via the notch on the lid. Once finished with the machine is easy to clean for the next batch. A perfect way to make home made ice cream.
