This compact electric tilt kettles are ideal for the kitchen that makes sauces, stocks, soups etc. It can also be used to boil and poach large quantities of meats, fish and vegetables. Very versatile and adds a lot of flexible capability to your kitchen. Been jacketed indirect heat, it reduces the time chef needs to tend as cooking foods don’t catch and burn.

The kettle is 6 gallons. Individually controlled with a robust handle to pull the kettle forward for emptying.
