These compact twin set electric tilt kettles are ideal for the kitchen that makes sauces, stocks, soups etc. They can also be used to boil and poach large quantities of meats, fish and vegetables. Very versatile and adds a lot of flexible capability to your kitchen. Been jacketed indirect heat, it reduces the time chef needs to tend as cooking foods don’t catch and burn.
Each kettle is 6 gallons. Individually controlled with a robust handle to pull the kettle forward for emptying. Each bowl also has its own pull-out drawer below to hold the receiving vessel in place.
