Very rare to our marketplace. This is a large capacity indirect jacketed boiling kettle with auto tilt. Complete with a agitator stirrer, excellent temperature control and cool down function. Kettles of this calibre are extremely rare and are designed for high volume productions of soups, stocks, sauces & pie fillings. Ideal for central production kichens, butchers, bakers or large event venues.
