Electrolux Air o Steam ovens have a proven build quality, performance and reliability. Couple this with the adjacent Air o Chill blast chiller, chef can remove finished foods straight from the oven into the blast chiller below with ease. Place the probe into the food, select your desired reach temperature and press go! The blast chiller will rapidly cool foods, then hold at the reach temperature until required.

Push button intuitive controls also make using both machines a doddle.
