They can be used for griddling meats & fish, shallow frying, browning & sealing, stewing and even stir frying. Cooked food is then safely poured from the pan by tilting the pan forward using an easily operated crank wheel.
Heated by powerful gas burners, it gives finite temperature control and being gas runs efficiently with heat up times reduced. This is Electrolux Professionals’ latest generation equipment and is manufactured to the highest of standards using top grade easy to clean stainless steel and professionally developed ergonomic operating systems.
