This is a brand new B grade 10 grid convection oven with steam. This fantastic oven is in pristine showroom condition and exhibited at Catering Shows. It has only been fired up 4 times! Therefore, this represents outstanding value for money. It incorporates Electrolux’s clever Hybrid Humidity settings, offering up to 11 moisture settings – probably the most advanced convection oven in the UK and ideal for all oven based cooking.
