This intelligent and reliable convection oven from Electrolux has 5 humidity levels and sprays water onto the heat source to create steam under controlled conditions. Ideal for volume baking, roasting, steaming, blanching, poaching and finishing at a fraction of the cost of an equivalent 20 grid combi oven. With a fixed 20 grid rack within, which can be removed for cleaning, it takes up 20 1/1 Gastronorm trays. The unique air-flow system ensures even temperature distribution and produces outstanding, uniform results each time.
