This versatile electric chargrill from Electrolux Professional is particularly well suited to commercial catering kitchens. The chargrill features Incoloy armoured heating elements, 2mm thick steel grids for fast heating and an LED warning indicator to alert when the water well is empty. Each bank of elements is independently controlled and will tilt 90° for easy cleaning.
