Electrolux Professional 900XP 391402 gas griddle – If your menu needs to cook steaks, fish & vegetables, this ribbed surface griddle is ideal to give those visual branding marks.

Featuring a brushed chrome cook surface and powerful 10kW burners with self-stabilising flame, capable of reaching 270⁰C.

• 15mm Thick  brush chrome cook plate.
• Powerful and efficient 10kW burners.
• Large drain hole with a fat collection drawer.
• Piezo spark ignition with thermostatic valve.
• Removable splash guard which is dishwasher safe.
• IPX5 water protected.
• Temperature range between 90⁰C and 270⁰C.
• Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a scotch brite finish.
