The ELRO multifunctional pressure pan with optional High-Speed and its 18 functions enables the preparation in smallest batches and the quick change from roasting to boiling. Cooking under pressure further enables efficient yet gentle cooking to serve highest food and flavour quality.

Simple controls, the highest grade stainless steel pan and very simple to maintain and clean. Cooking under pressure shortens the cooking cycle, saving your money on power and time.

This is a very clever machine that every large kitchen would benefit from, and at over £21k new, these rarely available pans into the second hand marketplace are a serious considertion.
