In keeping with our niche of giving access to those brands that we all want to buy, but can’t afford brand new, we have taken delivery of this lovely, brand new, never used large capacity Fagor bratt pan. In near new condition and only a 2021 machine. With electric automatic tilt, a stainless steel cooking surface, easy to use controls and very easy to clean down. 

This hard working machine will be ideal for the larger kitchen and is ideal for braising, stewing, sealing, griddling, frying, stir frying and poaching. Perfect for stocks and sauces.  Complete with lift up lid and foot operated hot and cold water feed.
