This is a superb example of Falcons Atmospheric Steamer. It is in immaculate condition inside and out. Perfect for ‘none pressurised steaming’, it gently steams food until cooked. Ideral for blanching, par boiling, rice cooking and steaming fish & vegetables. With 8 trays on fixed rails, these machines are very simple to use yet deliver such a reliable steaming facility.
