This is a superb example of Falcons Atmospheric Steamer. Perfect for ‘none pressurised steaming’, it gently steams food until cooked. Ideral for blanching, par boiling, rice cooking and steaming fish & vegetables. With 8 trays on fixed rails, these machines are very simple to use yet deliver such a reliable steaming facility.
Natural or LPG Gass and 3/4″ cold water supply required. Please state if you require Natural or LPG Gas jets.
