This is a lovely Falcon direct heat Boiling pan in excellent condition, currently supplied on Natural gas can be converted to LPG if required. Heavy duty, round-cased boiling pans, ideal for institutions where large volumes of liquid foods are required. A water tap and draw-off drain valve allow efficient filling and emptying of the pan. Vessel and unit exterior is constructed of stainless steel to provide a hygienic, easy to clean appliance.
