The Foster BCT38-18 tray loading blast chiller / freezer range provides the ideal way to ensure quality and food safety is maximized in every kitchen, large or small. Previously limited to a blast chilling capacity only, Foster’s new upgraded range includes a occasional freeze capacity. The range is said to have ‘occasional freeze’ capacity as there is no intergrated defrost system, meaning users needing to blast freeze on a regular basis should choose the dedicated BFT range.
