This fully mobile hot hold cabinet from Foster is designed to keep food at optimum hot storage teperature until service. When plugged in food is kept at +84-+87 degrees. Unplugged, it can hold at +70 degrees for up to an hour. Fan assisted heating and insulatred cabinet ensure uniform temperature. Built in humidity reservoir keeps food in perfect condition until required. Space enough for 1/1 and 2/1 trays.
