Groen is synonymous with quality and outstanding performance. This clever steam jacketed kettle allows chef to cook sauces, soups, preserves and stocks safely without the risk of burning due to its indirect heat source. All Groen machines are presented in high grade 304 stainless steel. This unit is mounted on a floor stand containing its own pull-out pouring shelf. The counter balanced pan can be safely tilted forward by a long handle. 

This machine requires a natural gas 18kW power supply and cold water feed.
