Built to Groens very high standards and with efficient heat up, this medium size tilting kettle is ideal for the production of soups, stocks, sauces and stews. Ideal for producing batches of pie fillings with the added virtue of indirect heat to prevent burning. Complete with spring opening hinged lid and manual tilt mechanism.

Requires a Natural Gas 18.1kW and 3/4″ water supply.
