The HMT-5 Hot Food merchandisers are designed to give the ultimate in flexibility and performance for displaying fresh hot foods. This model is the ‘Full Serve’ unit with curved glass to the front. With Henny Penny’s patented ‘THERMO VEC’ Even Heat Process to hold food at precise temperatures. So clever, you will never suffer from ‘fogged’ glass and food will be presented to perfection. Easy to use top & bottom heat and humidity control. Five compartnments giving you a huge display capacity.

The pre-owned equipment supplied was not only cost-effective but in excellent condition and able to perform well under the strains of a busy commercial kitchen. We will certainly use Caterquip's services again in future.
