The HMT-5 Hot Food merchandisers are designed to give the ultimate in flexibility and performance for displaying fresh hot foods. This model is the ‘Full Serve’ unit with curved glass to the front. With Henny Penny’s patented ‘THERMO VEC’ Even Heat Process to hold food at precise temperatures. So clever, you will never suffer from ‘fogged’ glass and food will be presented to perfection. Easy to use top & bottom heat and humidity control. Five compartnments giving you a huge display capacity.
