A rare chance to purchase an ‘all-in-one’ grilling range. It comprises of a Gas Lava Rock Char Grill and a Ribbed Electric Griddle above a full width Gas Oven. The char grill and Griddle measures W35cm x D50cm. It is presently set up for natural gas but we can convert to LPG easily.
This would be a sensible acquisition for a kitchen wishing to expand its menu to include grilled meats, fish and vegetables with the added benefit that lave rock char grilling gives. The oven is a practical size with drop down door. The electric griddle requires a 32 amp single phase supply. On locking castors and built with Hobarts’ excellent and easy-to-clean components. It will be thoroughly cleaned and presented as new using our pioneering cleaning methods.
