The solid top is fitted with a heavy-duty cast iron top, a removable centre ring, and is embossed with a spillage gutter which drains into the waste drawer for easy cleaning. With a static oven chamber and a drop down stainless steel door, this compact appliance is ideal for any small spaced commercial kitchen.
