This convection oven is a great addition to any catering establishment. Comes complete with four aluminium baking trays and a bakelite handle to reduce heat transfer. Its two high speed motors compliment its powerful rounded heaters and when combined with its ceramic coating, it allows for good maintenance of heat to allow for maximum cooking efficiency.
