It is a trusted brand and much admired for excellent performance and long standing service. This opus twin well gas fryer is our most sought after fryer due to its fuel efficient burners and superb temperature recovery. With deep ‘cool zone’ wells to collect food debris without it burning and tainting the oil. Perfect for the small to medium size kitchen start up project.
