A little unusual, this barbecue oven is ideal for slow roasting and barbecuing very large joints or small whole lambs and pigs. It has very efficient LPG burners that cook uniformly inside an enclosed cabinet. The all stainless steel lid folds back to reveal full access to the cooking area. It also has practical storage underneath. The small hot cupboard is decommissioned but adds further storage for tools, cloths etc.
