A truly heavy duty pair of pressurised bratt pans offering your kitchen the ability to adapt to high and low marketplace demands. A total of 210 litres of cooking space split into 89 & 151 litre pans. All the virtues of bratt pan cooking but with a much faster cooking time, less operator intervention and auto tilt.

Perfect for the busy butcher, pie manufacturer, central kitchen, jam maker, stews, casseroles etc. This twin set is very rare to our marketplace and as such will be an excellent investment considering it was over £35k new!! So at £17,995 + VAT, it offers not be missed savings and provides a reliable, well regarded pair of bratt pans.
