Very rare to the second hand market, this is a Moffat pass-through hot cupbaord with double heated gantry above. Being a pass-through it allows both chefs and waiters access warm plates etc. Each gantry shelf is heated.  There is a handy tab grab chef-side to hold table orders in place, and the unit is on four sturdy locking wheels for easy access. The hot cupboard has a base and one shelf. Ideal for warming plates and keeping hot food hot.
