Therefore its scarcity will make it a genuine bargain for someone. Each pan is high efficicnecy making it ideal for consistent frozen food frying. This would be perfect for the large staff restaurant or central production kitchen. All stainless steel construction and mounted on heavy duty 9 inch castors for easy moving and cleaning. Extra large drain lines for easy clog free draining.
