Rare to the second-hand market, we give you the opportunity to purchase a complete Rational gas 10 grid combi oven with a floor stand and two run-in racks and trollies. Ideal for cooking numerous batches of food for catered events, chef is able to work efficiently by loading up the trollies and even storing them in a walk-in fridge until cooking. Renowned for their intelligent combi technology, this Rational combi oven is equipped with an intuitive, simple to use display panel, and can roast, blanch, steam, poach, brown, and finish at the push of a button.
Please note: A non-Rational floor stand was used for the sake of the photograph. Please be assured that the oven height will be correct and match the height of the trollies.
