This 6 grid SCC combi is client branded, but is a Rational oven. Rational often tailors control panels in the clients livery or brand. The oven boasts a variety of self-cooking and combi modes for different foods and cooking styles. Equipped with 9 SelfCooking modes and 3 combi modes, a user-friendly control panel, and this oven is an excellent solution for busy operations.
