This is a pair of stacked electric rotrisserie pass through ovens which are in stunning condition. The top oven has rotating spikes for roasting joints, whole birds etc with the bottom oven having rotating cages which can hold up to 4 birds each. Every part of these ovens are immaculate and the top oven has many spare spikes to have the second batch of prepared birds ready. Being a pass through system this would suit a supermarket or Deli kitchen. Chefs can fill oven from the kitchen side and servers accessing cooked meats from the opposite side.
