If you have an awkward tight space but need a compact and fully functioning chef pass, this could be ideal. Complete with hot cupboard, single 1/1 gastronorm bain marie and heated gantry with microwave shelf. With a sizable composition surface to bring plated foods together. The bain marie will hold 1/1, 1/2, 3/4 and 1/4 tins and trays. The microwave shelf will accommodate a commercial sized microwave or it could house your ticket dispenser. In super condition and great value for money.
