This large heated servery offers chef a 6 x 1/1 gastronorm wet well bains marie, large hot cupboard with 2 shelves and double heated gantry with tab grabs on the chef side. This would be an ideal chef pass for a busy kitchen or a carvery. We sell a lot of these serveries because they offer great menu versatility. For instance you could have 2 wells for meat, 1 for potatoes, 2 for vegetables and the sixth for gravy and or Yorkshire puddings. Each well can hold 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 tins (not supplied).
