Chefs passes of this size are rare to the second hand market place. With a large hot cupboard beneath for holding heated food and warming plates, and a large composition space and heated bain marie above. This also has a tray slide to the front if required. If not, we can remove and make good the holes. Hot cupboard has two sliding doors. The gantry has a suspended wire shelf beneath halogen heat lamps. This would be ideal for a busy carvery or banquet kitchen.
