If you are looking for a large blast fridge on castors with a superbly reliable performance this could be the perfect solution for you. Hot food can be placed into clean gastro containers and chilled down to +2 in less than 90 minutes. A temperature probe is inserted into the food which monitors the core temperature.
Blast chilling is endorsed by Environmental Health practitioners and is considered a HACCP best practice.
