This is a very nice B Grade ex-demonstration bratt pan. It was only used at exhibitions and is in perfect as new condition. It is set up on natural gas and is manual tilt with a cold water tap for swift filling. An excellent piece of primary cookware capable of stir frying, braising, poaching, boiling, frying and blanching.
