With very little use, this re;liable single well gas fryer came out of Electrolux’s own demo kitchen. All stainless steel construction, powerful burners for rapid temperature recovery.

The pre-owned equipment supplied was not only cost-effective but in excellent condition and able to perform well under the strains of a busy commercial kitchen.
